2. What languages do you support?

   For the support purpose for your online store we are using English, Hindi and Bengali.

3. How can I contact with you?

   You can navigate to contact us page and fill up the form with your query. Or you can directly Call / WhatsApp / Signal / Telegram.

4. Do I need to ship items myself?

   Yes. For now we are not providing any shipment for you. However, we can support you by shipment agencies in your area.

5. Can I send promotional email to my customers?

   Yes. We support that - for free.

Pricing

1. How much does Deal84 cost?

   We have 90 day long free trial for each products. After it, we charge for pre-paid monthly fees. You can see the updated pricing details here.

2. What type of payments do you support?

   You can pay us using Paytm, Google Pay, Bank transfer and Paypal.

Development

1. Can I modify my online store?

   For "Basic" and "Standard" plan - yes. Our developer will do the job for you with a small fee.
   For "Extended" plan - yes and no. If the requirement is considered by us - that will be implemented for free.

2. Do you provide the source code?

   No. This is a rental service and we can not provide you any source code.

3. What configuration you are using?

   HTML, jQuery, Apache, PHP, MySQL, Redis and Linux VPS.

4. Do I need to be a designer or developer to use Deal84?

   No, Deal84 comes with "ready to use". If you need any development support our own developers / designers will help you with a small fee.

5. Do you create website other than online-store?

   Yes. Please contact us for more details.

Domain and hosting

1. Do I have to buy a domain?

   Not necessary! You can use your own domain or use our own sub-domain for free. If you use your own domain, you are the responsible to renew it. However, if you want us to purchase your domain behalf of you - we will be happy to help.

2. Do I have to purchase a hosting?

   No. All online shop will be hosted in our secure server.
